Cute As A Bug!

Maddy surprised Grace and Jack with a package that arrived in the mail on Friday afternoon. The package was filled with the most beautiful clothes that were all sewn by Maddy. This is just one of the outfits that Maddy made for Grace. I am in awe of my Mom ~ she is extremely talented and adds the most special touches to everything she makes. On the seam of Grace's bug skirt Maddy used ant ribbon trim so it looks like ants are crawling up the skirt. The inside of the skirt is lined with pretty ribbon and has a very special tag. Maddy even made special socks for Grace using the same ribbon trim that lines the bottom of Grace's skirt. Grace was so excited to try on all of Maddy's clothes on Friday afternoon. Grace asked if she could wear one of Maddy's skirts to bed that night! We can't thank you enough, Maddy, for all of the work, time, thought, special touches, and love you that put into making these clothes for Grace and Jack.

You are so welcome! I just LOVE making things. Grace looks so grown up in these pictures!

So happy that you enjoyed the nice weather. It is snowing here right this very minute! Jackets back on again...love the boots with Grace's skirt, soooo Maine in March!

More things are coming. I have an entire line called "Picnic Time" in the works for Grace And Jack.
Love, Maddy

PS~Wait until you see our 3 girls, Grace, Rose and Kimberlee in their matching Spring outfits!!! Don't be concerned Jack, you have a boy matching item, too! How cute the four of them will be!

Creativity abounds! The outfits are terrific and the "models" couldn't be cuter. Great match of loving talent and loving grandchildren.
