Coloring Ice Cubes!

Grace loves to play with water, especially when food coloring is involved to make water different colors! Since Grace enjoyed making the colored ice towers a few weeks ago, I thought it would be fun for her to do another project involving colored water and ice. This morning Grace had a great time mixing water colors together. She also practiced pouring water into different containers and transferring water using a syringe. After playing with the water for nearly an hour Grace transferred red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple colored water into an ice cube tray. We put the colored cubes into the freezer. Stay tuned later this week to see what will be done with the colored ice cubes..... :)

I don't think I can wait!!!
The anticipation of this project is "food for thought"!! Grace has such amazing skills at only 27 months. She is pouring, mixing, blending and learning so much she looks just like a little scientist in her lab coat! Her mind is always three steps ahead.
I Love Our Colorful(!) Grace in Every Way,
