After all the rain we received last week Grace, Jack, and I were excited to get back outside this morning in between today's rain showers for a nature walk. Grace was amazed by all of the new sites that all of the rain brought!

Grace, you are so observant. After the rain, everything does grow by leaps and bounds. Everything looks brighter and more colorful. It is a great time to take a walk. Of course, you can leap and bound down the road if your name is Grace. XOXOXO, Memere
I know just what you mean, Grace. Each and every day this time of year just adds new things! And, after a big rainfall (for days!) it is quite remarkable to see what emerges. I am always fascinated, too. Glad that it has stopped raining for a bit so that you can spend more time outdoors discovering. Just what summer is all about for little intrepid explorers, just like you! Have fun! I can just hear all that you have to say about everything! Love, Maddy
