We visited the White House on our first afternoon in Washington D.C.. It was our only opportunity to site-see with Bob since he was attending a conference while we were there. We had such a nice time exploring the area together. Grace loved the White House but she is not sure at this time whether she wants to live there when she becomes president!!!

Oh, by all means Madame President, you must live there. From all accounts I hear there is a swimming pool, a grand piano on the second floor, a bowling alley, a tennis court, fresh flowers every day, and even a pastry shop! You can have all the pets you'd like and rooms just filled with books! At Christmas time you can have tall trees all over and a huge gingerbread house that looks just like the White House!
Oh yes, that is a house for you.
