Just as Poppy noted in the last post, it's just remarkable that Grace seems to have the entire Capitol to herself! I cannot even begin to state how much we are loving these photos of our Grace. She will forever remember this special trip. As we all know, Grace never forgets a single thing that happens in her life! What an impression this visit must be in Grace's mind.
I am so so glad that you took Grace to Washington. Love our little historian, Maddy
ps...all the while back up in Maine we were having the time of our life with Eve and Jack. We went for ice cream cones every day after lunch, played at Kettle Cove, went to the world's giant inflatable globe store, watched road construction right out in front of your home, had a wonderful visit with Memere, Pepere, Auntie Allison, Rose, and Kimberlee, marveled at an excavator working hard to remove a giant tree stump from your back yard, went to the guitar store in Portland for more picks ( for those of you whom may not quite know yet, our Jack is quite the guitar player...he has all the moves, the be-bopping head, and the tapping foot! ), and love up Baby Eve because she really is growing up waaay tooo fast and won't be a baby much longer! Watch out because as "much" as Grace & Jack are--I'm predicting that Eve will be EVEN more SO!!
