I can't express enough beautiful thoughts that you had this very special-time with Grace. She was exactly at the right stage in her childhood for this magnificent trip to Washington D.C. Next time, you will have Mr. Big Bubbles~No Troubles [aka...Jack...aka...Roo] grown-up enough to truly enjoy a big trip like this. Then there will only be Little Miss Evey Pie [aka...Princess Pie...aka...Little Miss Mostest] to wait a few years for!! Stop the clocks---we need to somehow keep them small for a bit of time yet! Maybe, at some point in the near future we can join you as the "Traveling Nannies" when Bob needs to go on a business trip!

Thank you for sharing these memorable times with us. What a gift! To see Grace so wonder-eyed, enchanted, awed, curious, engrossed, moves us to again be so grateful that she is in our lives and that she shows us what it is to look through the eyes of a child. Beautiful beyond words.
