Our Nation's Capital

I have lots of pictures to go through from our recent trip to Washington D.C. I will be posting some of them over the weekend. Until then, here is a picture of Gracie girl admiring our nation's capital building for the first time. Grace and I had the very best girl time together exploring all of the sites in Washington D.C. We rode from one site to the next in a double decker bus and had such fun!

Quite the picture. It looks like Grace has the Capitol building all to herself. Who knows...someday she may a Senator or Representative from the Great State of Maine. Now, will she be a Republican or a Democrat? Decisions...decisions.

Politically yours,
Poppy

Hi Dad. Grace wants to be the PRESIDENT some day...although she informed me this morning that she is still thinking about it. Grace just isn't sure if she wants to live in the White House. She may commute back and forth from Maine to Washington D.C. Grace can't believe that there has never been a woman president. If anyone can do it, it most certainly can be our Gracie girl (and from the looks of it Eve too!).

Love,
Rebecca

Wow, you guys were two hours from our house. If we had known we could have driven down to see you. Bummer.
