Jack is seven weeks old today. Jack has changed so much over the past few weeks. He is much more active during the day now. It is easier for me to take Jack's picture when he is sleeping but I'll try to post more pictures of Jack when he is awake so you can see his beautiful bright blue eyes. Jack started smiling (social smile) about two weeks ago. I love walking into Jack's room in the morning and seeing his face light up when he sees me. Jack has also started cooing in response to sound play. He produces "ah," "guh," "mmm," "ooo," and clicks his tongue. Jack's voice is so sweet, which matches his sweet personality. Jack has also discovered his hands and loves to bring them to his mouth. Within the past several days Jack has also started to roll from his tummy onto his back! He has done this a total of four times. Jack continues to grow so quickly and how I wish we could stop or at least slow down time for awhile. Jack is now wearing size three diapers (!) and easily fits into six month clothing and some clothing up to twelve months. Jack loves to be carried in a sling, riding in the car, bath time, sound play, music, dancing, and bouncing on a large exercise ball.

Seven Weeks Old
Jack is seven weeks old today. Jack has changed so much over the past few weeks. He is much more active during the day now. Jack is 7 weeks old--incredible--yes, let's try to slooow things down a bit! Jack is the sweetest and cuddliest baby boy! And, those cheeks! I just adore everything about him. He might need to get some new clothes, 12 mos already, oh my! Give him tons of love from Maddy today on his seven week birthday.
PS~Rebecca, after spending some time with you last week, I laughed out loud, when you wrote that you are a bit busy when both children are awake to take pictures of Jack :)
Time is going much too fast. I can't get over how much Jack is doing! His smile has to be the best.
