Outside Fun

How very lucky Jack, Grace, and I are to have enjoyed a beautiful morning outside with temperatures near fifty degrees. Jack had his first sled ride today and Grace experienced a whole new way to paint.
I love this picture! It shows Jack's big smile as he is being pulled along down our road by his big sister. Jack was so cozy in the sled. Jack loved every moment of his time outside. He eventually fell asleep in the warm sun and upon hearing the soothing sound of the melting snow.
Grace and I enjoyed painting in the snow. We brought red and pink outside to paint Valentine hearts in the snow! Grace thought this whole new way to paint was great fun. We painted at the end of our driveway so everyone who drives by can see our Valentine surprise in the snow.

Oh, wow! What joy and innocence and enjoyment of what is before you! Grace seems to be enjoying her role of sled puller and Jack is enjoying being on the receiving end. It is a great day to be outside!
Your painting, Grace, is sure to brighten the day for all the people who pass by. You are giving them such a gift.
Very clever, Rebecca, and so glad that you could all go outside and be refreshed.
XOXOXO,
Memere

What a wonderful day you had! I can't get enough of these pictures. The children are so special in every way. I am loving this warm day, too. Soooo happy that it came for all of you to enjoy a time outdoors. Jack now has a bit of an idea of the adventures that will come with Grace as the Spring gets closer! I think that the painting is a Valentine gift for your neighborhood, also! I would love to see it as I passed by. I Love the hearts!
Love, Maddy

Excellent!

What an incredible mother you are Rebecca to introduce Grace and Jack to all these great opportunities. I am amazed at your creativity and your courage to try new original ideas with our special children.

You are the best,
Daddy
