Maddy, Grace, Jack, and I went to Peekaboo Play Center together on Wednesday. Grace and Jack had the best time playing with Maddy and what a treat it was for all of us to have her there! Maddy, Grace, and Jack enjoyed imagining, painting, riding, drawing, cooking, making music, sliding, climbing, building, and laughing together.

Oh, the great time we had.
I loved-loved our afternoon at Peek-a-boo. It was amazing to see a section of an old Maine mill transformed into an indoor child's play space.
These pictures only capture of glimmer of the fun we had. I loved watching Grace jump in the trampoline, climb to the highest point on the wood structure, slide down the pole, find the trap door on the tree house, and pull the dough. It was fantastic to watch Jack walk in such a large open space with all the precession of an athlete. Jack climbed and climbed on everything. It was incredible to look out of those huge old windows with him at the fast running river that the mill sits on. Those eyes never stopped finding new things, not even for a second!
It was a wonderful afternoon. The perfect place to go on a rainy day.
