February 29

Grace, Jack and Eve were very interested to learn all about Leap Day yesterday.  Grace made Happy Leap Year Day cards for everyone in our family and there were many, many greetings of "Happy Leap Year Day" to just about everyone we saw!  We spent our extra day at the Children's Museum celebrating Jack's first play performance.  Jack played the part of Peter -- the main character in The Snowy Day book by Ezra Jack Keats.  I'll post pictures of his special day soon!

Happy Leap Year back to you! The thought and the reality of an extra day every 4 years is exciting and wondrous. My Aunt Glorina, my mother's sister, was a leap year baby, and I always thought that
that made her extra special.

Jack would be a great Peter, so in character for him. I can't wait to see the pictures and to read the comment.

Love and hugs,

Only Grace would make cards to celebrate...she is so thoughtful. We are so proud of Jack and his stage debut. Eve took all of this 'extra' day in and must have loved all the comings and goings in your family.

Just one more day this year to fill up my heart with love,
Maddy

Got Gracie, Jack & Eve?
