Grace's Beautiful Artwork

One of Grace's favorite books is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. Grace spent most of this morning painting with different materials to mimic Eric Carle's painting style. The result of Grace's hard work is this beautiful rendition of The Hungry Caterpillar. Grace's art piece is nearly three feet long and it will be a permanent piece on our living room wall for a long time to come. Great job, Gracie girl!

Dear Grace,
I love your art work. The Very Hungry Caterpillar was one of Sarah and Neil's very favorite books, too. I'm so happy that your Mommy shares wonderful literature and makes creative art connections with you... You are such a lucky girl to have such loving parents that devote their lives to enriching yours... and you give back X 1,000...
Hugs & Kisses from Vermont,
Donna
P.S. I am so lucky to spend every week day with your Maddy. I know she is counting the weeks, days, hour and minutes (Tick Tock) until she'll be in Maine with you, Mommy, Daddy and your wonderful Poppy.
