I made Grace and Jack their own sensory bins for Christmas. For Jack-a-roo, I put different sizes of rocks and some new construction vehicles into a bin to provide Jack with his own mini-construction site! Jack was so excited to open this gift on Christmas morning and it has provided him with many, many hours of pretend play fun.

I am STIll so impressed and enchanted with your construction site/gravel pit bin for Roo, Rebecca! You continue to 'shock' me with your thought-provoking Mama ideas. I have so many friends that advise me all the time to ask you to write a book for new Mamas! They say it would be the perfect gift for baby showers. Think about it some more, Rebecca. Why you must have time to undertake a new venture....after all, Eve will be home in a little more than a week and don't new~borns sleep all the time any way?!!!? And, Jack and Grace have these new bins to keep them busy--so, it seems that you DEFINITELY have time to sit right down and write a book!!! {I know you're smiling BIG right now!}
I am so excited to get to work with Jack and those vehicles. We have mountains and roads to concur! Jack is the cutest patootiest worker ever!
