S is for Spider
Grace and Jack worked together this morning to make a spider out of the letter S. They used glitter paint, poms, and googly eyes to decorate their cute S spider. Grace later folded eight spider legs out of construction paper and she glued them onto the back of the spider. Jack laughed and laughed when Grace used their S spider to accompany the Itsy Bitsy Spider song! Grace and Jack then went outside in their Halloween pajamas (thank you so much Maddy!) to make spider webs. To make their webs Grace placed black construction paper onto a tray. Grace poured white paint into the center of the paper. Grace and Jack then worked together to shake the tray in order to roll a marble and a ball through the white paint. The final result was a spider web painting for their spider! Gracie girl continued to make several marble web paintings while Jack-a-roo cheered her on. What great teamwork!

The things that I love about this post ::
~the beautiful team work between Jack & Jack
~the way Grace knows that spiders have 8 legs
~aaallll the *smiles*
~the way Rebecca is "giving" in to her fear of spiders (Or at least, covering it up really well, as to NOT let her children know how truly terrified she actually is!)
~the silliest way Jack laughs at the things Grace does (makes one wonder what the future holds there...somehow, I can see one cute little boy getting into lots of trouble because of one cute big sister!!)
~loving children in pajamas--all cuddly, cozy and comfy
~happy to see nice weather to do outdoor projects---STILL
~loving the messy, glue, poms, sparkles, and paint
~but, most of all, loving my Grandchildren and seeing them happily learning because they have a Mommy that is the absolute BEST!!
It is wonderful to see how big Jack is getting,(perhaps too fast) for you, Rebecca and bBob, and certainly too fast for memere and pepere. Jack also gets along very well with his big sister. Its just great seeing them work together. They are both such wonderful children!!
LOVE MEMERE AND PEPERE
