One of Jack's favorite books is Five Little Pumpkins. Jack loved finger painting today with orange paint. Once Jack's paintings dry I am going to cut them out into five pumpkin shapes and draw jack-o-lantern faces on them that match those found in his Five Little Pumpkins book!

Painting "Jack"-o-lanterns!
One of Jack's favorite books is Five Little Pumpkins. Jack loved finger painting today with orange paint. Once Jack's paintings dry I am going to cut them out into five pumpkin shapes and draw jack-o-lantern faces on them that match those found in his Five Little Pumpkins book!

Won't Jack be surprised and delighted! Then he will enjoy the book even more because, in a sense, it will be 3-D.

What a perfect idea for Jack, Rebecca. Jack will love this because he loves "Jack"-o-lanterns so. But, I think he'll love it ~ all because you made this for him!
