After Grace's swimming lesson this morning we were planning on spending the afternoon at the park, however, it started raining. We changed our plans and went to Cabella's instead. Grace loves Cabella's because of all of the wild animal replicas from around the world displayed on their signature mountain. Grace can name all of the animals and vociferously yells "Hi" followed by the animal's name. Grace also enjoys riding the trolley which drives around to the other stores in the complex. She especially likes visiting the pet store - where the animals are slightly less sleepy than the animals at Cabella's!
Grace was ecstatic when she found this row of decoy ducks today. She said "Hi" to each of the ducks then pointed out their color characteristics. She seriously asked if we could bring all the ducks home. Unfortunately we had to pass as it would have made accommodations in her crib a bit tight!!
"Hi fish! I'm Gracie Girl" (picture fish staring blankly with a clear sense of shock).
Music is piped to speakers outside of Cabella's. Grace loves to dance for the big moose statue. Today, she thought it was time to bring the relationship to the next level. "Gracie Girl wants a moose ride!" :)

Living in Maine like you do, I'm sure one of the biggest questions around is are you an LLBean girl or a Cabella girl!?! I'm sure that you loved identifying all of the animals from around the world. Being the animal-lover that you are, I know that all the animals, sleepy, awake, walking, flying and swimming would love to come home with you!
