The Return of the Swallows

Every year we look forward to the return of the swallows in the spring.  We first spotted our bird friends over the weekend.  For the past three years the swallows have returned every April to build their nests in a birdhouse that hangs from our front porch and another one over our front door.  We so love to stand at the window or outside on our porch to watch the swallows work together to build their mud nests.  We can't wait to hear the singing of their babies in just a few short weeks!
