It wouldn't be summer without some corn on the cob. Grace and Jack, your corn looks delicious, yummy in the tummy. Did you help Mommy to get the corn ready for cooking? You are such good helpers.

P.S. Have you tried cooking corn in the microwave? Aunt Bernie shared with me that you can pull the husk back, take out the silk or not, sprinkle some water on the corn, replace the husk over the ear of corn, and then cook for 3 minutes for each ear. Tasty and fast.
