Jack and I (Daddy) spent some man time together on Saturday after we left off the lady folk at their dance event Saturday. Jack suggested heading to Boston for a B's matinee, going to the golf shop for some new weaponry for next year, or a trip to the local John Deere dealership to review the 2010 heavy equipment models. I threw out a man hiatus including some college football at the local sports place, Cabela's to plan a hunt for next year, visiting the Ski-Doo dealership to see what 1100CC models would be appropriate for an infant, or maybe trading in our Camry for an F-250 heavy duty crew cab.
After much discussion, we opted to go to the outlet malls in Freeport to shop for Mommy!
We had a great time strolling around and watching the draft horses, a yellow firetruck, and enjoyed the first snowfall of the season. Jack's smile fills my heart with joy, pride, and yearning to see what the brightest of future holds.
Thank you so very much to my amazing wife for making our dream life possible.
