Our New Year's Pajama Party at the Children's Museum!

We celebrated our New Year's Eve at the Children's Museum again this year. Every year the museum hosts a New Year's at Noon Pajama Party that is full of craft making activities and special events!  There was a countdown to 2013 at noontime in the Museum's gallery, where at the stroke of noon hundreds of balloons dropped down on us! It was so much fun.

Eve, Grace and Jack working to make masks for the New Year's Eve celebration!

What a stimulating, exciting place to visit, time after time, and Grace, Jack, and Eve maximize their time there. The wonder and curiosity that exudes through them, shining in their eyes and bounding forth in their activities, is fantastic; I love it, I love, love them.

They look so cute in their footsies, and the girls with their sequin headbands, poster partygoers. And how comfortable and cozy.

Happy, blessed New Year! May all this joy, fullness of heart, joie de vivre continue to fill your lives each and every day.

XOXOXO,
Memere

How I love your Children's Museum! And, how wonderful is this yearly New Year's event for children. It is the perfect way for your love-of-learning children to bring in the new year.

How cute is it that the kiddos come in pajamas. Grace, Jack, and Eve must have been squealing and clapping at the balloon drop! Fun-fun.

May this new year bring all wonderful things and special growth to all of you.

I am missing Grace, Jack, and Eve so much. I just want to reach right out and give each of them some really big hugs. It is so~so hard to live this far away.

May I plan to come up for a visit during February school vacation!? Poppy will be knee-deep into Tax Season by then and if I am counting correctly it will be a bit over three months since we last saw the Grands :(
That's a very l-o-n-g time when you are a Maddy.
Can we go to the Children's Museum together?!
See what all of you think about a Maddy visit in February!!

Here's hoping that I can wait that long for those large and loving hugs...
Love, Maddy
