We made snowflake garland today to celebrate the first day of winter. By the end of our project we had our very own "blizzard" in our art room! It was so much fun. We are hoping for lots and lots of snow this winter.

A very huge rain and wind storm blew in the first day of winter here. How wonderful that you created your very own storm right inside your cozy home all wrapped in the warmest of pajamas! Love it!
I love your paper snowflakes! Aren't they like magic...folding and cutting and then you open them up and almost cannot believe what they look like!
I know how much you are looking forward to a good old-fashioned snowstorm or two or more(!) this winter. Children love snow!

ps...it was so windy here yesterday that all of my bird houses and bird feeders are scattered throughout the neighborhood!
