Fingerpainting Autumn Leaves

Eve loves to fingerpaint. Eve fingerpainted in a whole new way today. I placed autumn paint colors onto a piece of paper and taped plastic wrap on top. The fun began when Eve used her fingers and hands to pat, squish and move the paint around. The autumn colors blended really well and once her painting dries Grace and Jack can't wait to cut out fall leaf shapes to put on Eve's door. Eve had such a fun time with this new fingerpainting activity. She found it quite silly that the paint did not get on her hands. Speaking of hands -- don't you just love those dimples on hers?!!

Rebecca, what an amazingly simple but engaging idea...so like you to think of this for Eve.

She is exquisite. Love her charming dimples so much.

Love that little Evey Pie! Thank you so much Rebecca for providing our children with so many rich educational experiences ... or, as they call it, fun!
