Last Saturday was the day of Grace's first dance recital. It was a magical day that I will never forget. We were all so proud of our Gracie girl dancing on the big stage in front of hundreds of people. There are more pictures of our beautiful dancer to come!

These photos of Grace are so beautiful but they only capture a small-bit of our Grace. It was a day-to-remember for certain. I was so proud of Grace that I almost was bursting at the seams!
There is just so much to love about Grace and just about when you think you cannot possibly love her anymore she surprises you with a word, an expression, or a new thought and your heart grows even bigger.
We were so happy to have been part of the audience and to think we have this little girl in our lives! Blessed, we are.

This is to tell you, Rebecca how much I LOVE that last photo of those t-a-p-p-i-n-g feet and dancing legs.
In the top photo, I could not help but notice, that Grace's foot is turned out the tinniest bit as she is standing...have you noticed her doing this before or is it just a moment in time before the camera lens? The reason I ask is because I stand that exact same way and I have for my entire life. It was quick for me to take notice because there are lots of photos of me from childhood until now with that stance. I cannot wait to find out!
The middle photo of Grace putting own her own shoes is so typical of our *I can do it all by myself girl*! LOVE that independent and confident streak of hers.
