We went for a beautiful walk on the beach at sunset.  I love how Eve danced and twirled the entire time.  So sweet, innocent and carefree...just the way childhood should be!

Jack was fascinated watching the bees fly in and out of the hive through this tube, which allowed the bees to fly outside of the museum.

We had a great time at our library celebrating the end of their Summer Reading Program this evening. This year the theme was - Every hero has a story. The library planned a fun evening including an ice cream social, games, and each child got to choose a free book. We love our library!

Our Morning Walk

Changes...

I couldn't believe it when I saw this on our bike ride yesterday morning. Shortly after I took this picture it started to rain and Eve was pretending the raindrops were snowflakes! After spending most of the month of July moving, I feel as though summer is just beginning...so I'm not sure I'm ready for changing leaves and snowflakes quite yet!

A Beautiful Summer Memory

We went for a bike ride tonight and on our way home the sprinklers were on in the field across from our house. We had the best time and couldn't stop laughing as we were all running through the water. I love how it is the simplest things in life that bring the most happiness! This is one of those nights that I will keep in my mind forever and ever.

Today was one of those picture perfect summer days.  We explored a new place that we have never been to before with some friends...Horne Pond in Limington.  It was absolutely beautiful and so much fun.  I am savoring every second of these last few weeks of summer with my children before school begins again.

Our New Home

After spending most of the month of July focusing on moving, I am so happy to say that we are now moved in our new house.  I am also happy to be back in this space and have more opportunities get back into blogging about our daily happenings.  Here are the first pictures of Grace, Jack and Eve enjoying some time reading, writing and playing in their rooms at our new house. What a wonderful feeling it is for us to finally be settled in our new home!
