Green Grass in March!

Grace loves to cut paper. Yesterday, Grace made grass by cutting out very thin strips of green construction paper. Grace & Jack used the green strips of paper to make their own spring grass creations. They each glued the grass onto the back of brown cardboard pieces. Grace was excited to see the sun shining today because she wanted to display her green grass on a tree branch outside to inspire the grass on the ground to start turning green!

Jack was very proud of his grass creation and he carried it around with him everywhere today!

I was waiting for some green grass and now I see it!
The best things happen in your sunny home in Maine.
Children, love and even green grass in March are sprouting like weeds!
Loving that pointer finger of Jack's.
Loving Grace's amazing smile.

Both Jack and Grace look so proud of their projects... You are an amazing mother, Rebecca, always exposing your children to nature, the arts and current events... if only all children could be so lucky...
Hugs from Vermont,
Donna

Oh, may this wish come true soon.
Green grass would be a feast for the eyes. We should follow your example, Grace and Jack, and all make some paper grass and hang it on branches. It would bring lots of smiles.

Thank you for all the smiles you give us and that we have when we look at you.

XOXOXO,
Memere
