Yoga Baby

Eve LOVES yoga.  We have several yoga books by Rebecca Whitford and Martina Selway, which are great instructional yoga books designed especially for toddlers.  Each yoga pose is depicted with a drawing of a child doing the pose along with an animal doing a similar motion.  Nearly every morning Eve goes over to her bookshelf to find her Yoga Baby books.  Eve knows all of the yoga poses and she sits quietly on the rug to do yoga each morning!  You can click HERE to see Grace doing yoga when she was Eve's age too!

At the end of the books the authors show photographs of children demonstrating the yoga poses.  Eve really loves these pages.  I often find her sitting quietly while intently studying these pages!
